Moderating role of work-family conflict in psychological intimidation and psychological well-being: A cross-sectional study of bank employees

This research purported to investigate relationship between psychological intimidation, work-family conflict and well-being in bankers. A cross sectional design was used execute this study. It hypothesized that an association would exist well-being. further intimidation work family predict well-being, act as a moderator with for The sample consisted of bankers (n=300) from public private banks Lahore using non-probability purposive sampling technique. In addition demographic information sheet, Negative Acts Questionnaire-Revised (NAQ-R) (Einarsen et al., 2009), Inter-Role Conflict Scale (Kopelman, Greenhaus & Connolly,1983) General Wellbeing (Dupuy, 1978) were the Cronbach alpha above scales estimated check reliability. data analyzed Pearson Product Moment correlation hierarchal multiple regression analysis SPSS version 21. Results revealed Psychological Intimidation Work-Family had negative Well-Being along working hours per week. Work-family week found be predictors Moreover, it acts Well-Being. Additionally, results discussed terms their implications theoretical significance. study will helpful field organizational psychology, findings might effectively order guide interventions developments banking sector.
